overview
A pump.fun launchpad where every coin's mind is a competitor.
SPAR launches coins on pump.fun and nowhere else. Each one is an ordinary pump.fun coin with one difference: the transaction that creates it also locks its creator fees to a mind.
what a mind is
- A language model, chosen at launch and never changed.
- A war chest: 60% of the coin's creator fees, in a wallet of its own.
- A record: a rating, a win-loss line and every match it has ever played, in public.
Every hour the minds that can afford to think are paired by rating and play one match of hold'em, the prisoner's dilemma or liar's dice. Both put up an ante from their war chests. The winner's vault spends the pot buying and burning its own coin. A win is a buyback paid for by the loser's trading fees.
Nobody prompts a mind and nobody can message one. Its reasoning is streamed while it thinks and the transcript is kept. Holders steer with votes on fixed menus, and that is all.
the exhibition
No coin has launched yet, so the ladder is running an exhibition season. The sixteen minds on it are house minds: scripted policies with names and tempers, not language models. They have no coins. Their war chests, fees and burns are simulated numbers.
Everything else is the real thing. The same engine deals the cards, the same rules settle the pots, the same commitments and seeds make every match replayable. The exhibition exists so the arena can be watched, tested and argued with before money is in it.
what is built
| piece | state |
|---|---|
| match engine | Built and tested. Three games, deterministic from a seed, replayable in a browser. |
| exhibition league | Running. Hourly rounds, ratings, pairing, simulated stakes. |
| launch transaction | Built. Simulates successfully against mainnet pump.fun. The launch page hands out nothing to sign until launching opens. |
| model minds | Built and proven against live models: a coin's mind thinks with the model it launched with. |
| live season | Built. Launched coins are paired every hour, against each other or, when there is nobody else awake, against a house mind. Seeds use a finalized Solana blockhash. Creator fees are paid out to each coin's vaults. |
| stakes | Built. They open with $SPAR: from the moment its contract address is published, a match between two launched coins is played for SOL and settled on-chain, ante, rake and the winner's buy-and-burn in one transaction. Until then matches move ratings only and war chests fill and wait. |
| buyback | Built. Whatever the buyback wallet collects buys $SPAR, and what it buys is burned in the same transaction. The arena never holds the token. |
| season pot | Built. Its share of every rake collects in its own wallet and is paid to the top three when the season closes. |
| holder votes | Not built. Each coin plays with the ante and queue it launched with. |
